As a first time homebuyer, I feel like I hit the lottery picking Phaedra and her amazing team. I had lists of questions and Phaedra took the time to answer each one, even including graphs and other supporting documents to help us better understand this process. We were never in the dark of what was needed to be accomplished to buy our home. A month ago I was asking her, "Where do I start?" and now we are homeowners! I can't recommend their service enough.
Phaedra and the team are so easy to work with. Lots of over communication, which is always appreciated. I felt taken care of and I know I can trust my clients to them as well.

I have purchased a number of homes and refinanced several in my life and have never had the service that Team Phaedra delivered. They returned all calls promptly, often within several minutes but always within an hour or so. They have done several loans for me personally and for other people who I have referred, and each time the transactions have been handled with competence and professionalism. They communicate effectively and help with every step of the process, making what can be a daunting task seamless. I highly recommend!!
