Highly recommend Phaedra and the pelvic floor release. Everything is connected and if you truly desire to be unclenched this is an absolute 👍
I have done many things over the years as a competitive athlete, as an extreme sport enthusiast, and as an outdoorsman. I have tried and enjoyed float tanks, sound baths, needling, scraping, meditation, breathing exercises, cold, plunges, red light therapy, - all great. However, the results after one session, ONE session, with Phaedra were just mind-boggling in terms of mobility, flexibility, and the unraveling of tension and tightness, with the ability to suddenly unclench was just startling. Yep, she’s a superstar.
Phaedra is an absolute miracle worker. After one session with her, the hip pain I had for 8 years is almost completely gone. She helped me identify and release decades of stored traumatic energy, yielding a sense of levity and buoyancy I hadn’t felt since my early twenties. Her work is so restorative, I feel like she added years of pain free movement to my life. So grateful I found her!! 10/10 recommend 🙌
I took my grandmother to have a session with Phaedra and it was such a wonderful experience. Besides her having such great energy herself , the way she works her hands doing the different therapies she does really helped my grandmother. I was able to see how “frozen” her body was with low mobility and lots of pain to “melting” into a soft mobile and pain free body with just one session! If you've been thinking about making an appointment with Phaedra, don't put it off any longer give her a call right now you will not regret it! I had a dirtbike accident four years ago where I severely injured my neck and back. I spent an entire year sitting straight up on my couch, and if I tried to move my head or neck, even just slightly, it felt like it was gonna fall off.
