0 stars!!! Missing dustbag upon collection of my bag I was selling with them. Extremely disappointing experience. My bag didn’t sell with them which is absolutely fine so I sold myself. I booked an appointment to collect the bag and was greeted by ‘Tiffani’, who had no customer service skills, empathy or rapport building skills. Answered all my questions with kindness and in a timely manner. My order was shipped out very quickly, arrived in tact, and packaged well. Very easy process.
