Getting fitted with Scott was great - super easy and low pressure experience
Came in for a new shaft, first time needing club repair so I had questions. I was directed to a club fitting associate because he “doesn’t do anything” but was knowledgeable. The older guy in club fitting told me by the look of the club head I shouldn’t buy any clubs and went on to tell me how bad of a golfer he thinks I am. Asked me if I get lessons and where and told me I should go somewhere else because I’m clearly bad. He was rude and incredibly unhelpful. My wife and I went in to have her clubs looked at and weighed. The general manager worked with us and gave her great tips and was super helpful. Great experience.
Being a woman it was such a pleasure to have Scott take his time to work hard to fit me with the correct clubs. Thank you
First time at this store. Al was very thorough and patient helping my husband finding the perfect driver and also was just a super nice guy! My husband could not be happier with his purchase. Glenn also had great customer service when checking out. Highly recommend this store.
