Today was yet another fantastic experience at the PGA TOUR Superstore in Palm Beach Gardens. My wife and I spent some time in one of the hitting bays working on our games, and I was fitted for a new Titleist GTS 2 driver. They have everything you'd expect from a decked out Golf store. The only reason for the 4 stars is the price of merchandise, but that's every golf store. It isn't a poor person's sport.
Just left with my clubs had them adjusted. They weren’t done when I got there, was told when I dropped them off and paid on Thursday they would be but Keegan was extra polite, very helpful, said he’d do them now if I could wait. He took a potentially negative situation and made me a fan.
I ordered a set of wedges from the store and then realized Callaway was offering a discount if you ordered directly through their site. Brian, the manager here was very prompt in addressing the price discrepancy and refunded me the difference immediately. He even offered to ship the clubs directly to my house once they arrived at the store. Excellent customer service!
