Booked an iron fitting online with Kyle. Booking process was smooth with good follow up communication. This was the 4th equipment fitting booking I have done through PGA Tour Superstore, 3 in Houston and this one in Lady Lake FL. Exceptional experience. Kyle spent an unusal amount of time with me (2 hours) making sure I was fit correctly in a club (set of irons) that fit my swing. We hit everything in irons with a wide array of stiff steel shafts. Barry took the time with me with no appointment to help me with club/shaft selection and gave me some useful pointers. I told him to make sure I got charged for the session - he spent a very good amount of time with me - but he said not to worry about it, just drop a good review for the store. I enjoy this PGA store, very relaxed atmosphere but there are people always willing to assist if needed. Once I see yes the clubs best for me and made my purchase, Cory had my selected grips ready within 5 minutes on the clubs already.... read more
Had an amazing experience yesterday because Kyle helped me find the right clubs. I’m getting back into golf and he didn’t try to upsell me he was a straight shooter and helped me get all the right equipment and save a bunch
