I’m kind of baffled of my experience and how distant my customer service experience was. In fact I’m in the parking lot writing this review! It definitely seems like the fitting reps were selective on who they wanted to help. (Per a previous one star review by Eric V.) I called the store to order grips, and the sales associate mentioned my specific grips were not in stock. Once in stock, it shouldn’t take more than an hour and a half for installation. I’m a beginner and Justin in the back was amazing helped me pick the right clubs and didn’t try upselling just was honest and got me to buy a set of used clubs and I couldn’t be happier
Jack Ericsson was very knowledgeable and patient. Found exactly what we were looking for!
Gary provided the best experience a customer could ask for. I had a 1960s putter (maybe older) and was having a new grip put on it for my dad, he took extra care to make sure the grip fit and that the club was perfect. Thank you Gary for taking the time!
