Went there today to buy new clubs ,and driver , struggled to get someone to help me ,hit a few balls into the screen while everyone stood around chatting , no advise , feedback or offered different clubs to try , didn’t even notice when I left the fitting bay,all to busy standing about chatting … very disappointed ☹️

The adage the customer is always right is not a guiding principle of Stephanie, a floor manager at the PGA Superstore in Paramus. when 1 out of 4 customers is not satisfied, then something is wrong. I ordered my sons clubs on 5 April. Now 10 May and no clubs. maybe i need to deal direct with Mizuno. I have called (can't get anyone) , emailed and sent chat message - nada. unless you can buy and carry - forget it! go to a local club. Their customer service does not exist.

I received a pair of pants in the mail with the security anti theft tags still on them. These things happen so I wasn’t too upset. Since then, I’ve contacted the customer service via phone and email six times over the past three weeks and was told that they were busy and that I’d receive a return response very soon from them. With no response, I have no recourse for a refund or fix for my $100 purchase. They appear to make a habit of “ghosting” any customers that they don’t want to bother helping.
