Terrible experience. Very disinterested “employee.” He said “I’m tired of guys coming in thinking that buying a club will fix everything.” Said he’d “be right back” and never did. For equipment, you’re better off going elsewhere.
From the manager Brent right down to the staff the service was terrible. They were not busy but nobody wanted to spend anytime answering questions or giving assistance. They lost 2 very large sales as a result. Very dissapointing.
Excellent experience working with Daniel Beveridge. Super knowledgeable and friendly guy who tweaked my stance to remove my slice. Great overall experience and lovely time at the simulator. Would recommend.
I have been a big fan of the pga superstore in Naples,Fl and today 2/24 they even restored my faith in humanity thanks to Michael Arness !! While shopping there money I had in my pocket fell out and I didnt notice till I went to pay ! It was over $300 cash and I figured it was gone! I wasnt even going to ask if anyone turned it in but I did and the operation manager told me he had it in the safe as an employee turned it in! Since the post below, PGA Superstores corporate person reviewed our case and sincerely apologized for the way customer care handled our issue. I will just say we are 100% satisfied with the way they resolved the issue and I'm sure both parties regret this incident. We went to the Naples store to use a gift card of $220. At the counter we found out that there was a zero balance on our gift card that we never used.
