I am very disappointed in how the current issue has been handled by the credit union. We were not properly notified about this until it was to late. My account went into the negative which was not my fault. I accrued 2 over draft fees from achs drafts. I asked for them to be reversed and explained the situation. The branch manager was rude and cut me off several times. They would only give me back one fee. I have no problem paying for what I owe. This should have been an exception. Bank is extremely shady. They've had issues for weeks now not days but weeks. Not a single notice sent out to anyone. People are getting different reasons on the phone so basically nobody knows whats going on at all. They're double charging people, sending it all back, taking out a months worth of things all at once and screwing up accounts and peoples lives. I've seen so many people blowing up Facebook over it.
