First time getting a loan at this credit union. We were very pleased with the service, we did recieve our loan and am grateful for such great customer service. We will continue our business with P and G credit union for sure.
I am very disappointed in how the current issue has been handled by the credit union. We were not properly notified about this until it was to late. My account went into the negative which was not my fault. I accrued 2 over draft fees from achs drafts. I asked for them to be reversed and explained the situation. The branch manager was rude and cut me off several times. They would only give me back one fee. I have no problem paying for what I owe. This should have been an exception.
