Don’t go got a loan. It’s been 3 weeks and still haven’t heard from the loan officer. Very much a joke of a place needs more staffing or someone who’s willing to put the extra mile for their customers, not let a stack of files pile up and up and take six months to respond to everyone and a update here I am a week after this was wrote, come to find out she decided to go on vacation for the second time and never get back to us. They should close the Dallas branch down
