Frank and Kathleen were great to work with when refinancing my home. It was not easy as I am a small business owner with a lot of K1 income; however, they were able to get me significantly more proceeds than I expected and at rates better than my banking relationships. I expect to use them again when/if rates get lower. I highly recommend them.
