This is a family-run business that truly cares about its customers, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right—while also negotiating a very fair price. The quality is top-notch, far superior to mass-produced items, and they’re happy to customise and tweak to suit your needs. It’s so important to support small businesses like this, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. 5 star service & 5 star quality.
I have always loved the furniture at PFS and finally could acquire something. Two beautiful one off chairs . Mark was so kind and patient and very generous with his time.
Obnoxious owner despite the reviews here especially if you're a female customer. I was treated very poorly months ago..overpriced items as well.. Go to the homemaker centre near Chadstone for better prices that are also well made and more popular .Sometimes family businesses can get too lazy and comfortable especially when it’s run by one person and not be objective about their lazy business services and practices as it’s a closed shop .
