This company is run by unprofessional, rude, and angry people. Of course, if you're on time they are quite pleasant, but if you're a couple of days late they are on the phone being rude, and angry , and yes they are quick to threaten you with repossession. They are always trying to intimidate their own clients. I would give the place one star over the man named Rob who works here. 4 stars is what I’m giving though because the branch manager Brandon is amazing and super understanding. He made arrangements for my husband and genuinely wants to help people. Rob on the other hand harasses and threatens people. My husband made a payment and was one week late on this month and he still was threatening to have my husbands car repoed and laughed at my husband. I got a fair loan here at a lower percentage rate than my credit union. They always answer the phone and any questions I have.

I been struggling this year with the COVID-19 job not paying enough but the most I been is 2 month can't pay on time and this bank don't have feeling I'm only maybe 2,000 ish and this manger call me threatening me if I don't pay before 31 of December they will get my car but I will pay them and they never gonna get nothing or other business with me yeah I been late this month but not mean I'm not gonna pay I'm on the finals and for ever

I thought I'd be disappointed with PFS because of the high interest rate on my loan. I was offered to refinance a few years ago and I'm saving 5% interest now. I've only been to the branch in person once, but I had a pleasant experience while I was there. No one is ever rude, always welcoming and professional when I speak with them over the phone. And yes, they DO report to creditors. My history with PFS is marked as all on-time payments in the 4 years they've been my lienholder on both Transunion and Equifax. It looks like ... read more
