Irving office refused to sign the insurance check so I could get the vehicle repaired stating it's company policy not to sign until the vehicle is fixed first but all the paint and body shops I took the vehicle too wanted at least half the payment to start ordering parts and painting I feel the decision was racially motivated because when I called a few other offices across the United States they all said that is not they policy
