Worst customer service ever!! Patty is very rude and doesn’t take the time too actually listen too the customer, talks over them, just all around very rude.
Sonya and Tyler are absolutely amazing. They both truly go above and beyond helping their customers find the right car. Whether you have perfect credit or are in a rough patch, they exceed the definition of customer service Five Stars isn't enough! 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The people there are so nice and they actually care !!!!! they always ask if the payment will interfer with your rent ?? I mean what other finance company does that???? None that I know of besides PFS
