I strongly recommend to stay far away from PFS. I was lied to about the progress of my tax and payed for services that where not carried out or even close to being completed. My tax was over 4 years behind and I’m now in serious debt with the ATO. The lies and friendly banter is all show. I chased up my tax for 6 months, messaging every week to get a time estimation of the progress to see if it was up to date. They lied to me over and over again.
