Worst experience I’ve ever had with any clinical research facility.I traveled four hours from out of town, spent my own money, and rearranged my entire schedule just to come here, only to be turned away over something they could not prove and would not clearly explain. Completed screening, was an easy process and everyone seemed nice. However, I guess one of my tests for something came back a bit higher than usual. I was told by one of the patient coordinators it wouldn't have been an issue and I can retake the sample just in case and leave. Which I did...But then after not hearing anything for about a week I decided to call literally 2 days before the Study was to take place, and was told a recruiter is supposed to reach out to me to see if I was approved or not. This place is a SCAM they overbook appointments for screening then call you the day before saying your appointment is CANCELLED. I wasted 300 DOLLARS ON HOTELS AND FLIGHTS (NOT INCLUDING TRAVEL CREDIT PARTIAL REFUND).
