It feels like the people's bank when I go there. Much better experiences than i've had with Bank of America, United Bank and Sovereign Bank. Maybe I'll switch
Very good staff,short wait time especially now that they have those self service machines where you can withdraw large sums of money
I normally have a good experience inside the branch. The ATM line is normally ridiculous and the inside one is frequently out of order.
They are in the process of forcing customers to use ATM type machines so it is even slower to get waited on. Especially if you can use the fococta machine!
