I recently had a disappointing experience at the Marlton Police and Fire Federal Credit Union, a place I’ve been a member of for years. I went in to get cash, but since I didn’t have a babysitter, I had my young daughter and several bags with me. When I asked for help, the teller told me to use the ATM, which wasn’t feasible with everything I was carrying. I see reviews complaining about using the website. I use the mobile app for all credit card payments and it's never been more convenient. I've never had a bank offer an "accumulation" account that automatically pays off my credit card bill as long as a keep money in it. Been using it for over a year with not a single issue. The APY is significantly better than competitors. I think TD offered .02% while they give 4% annual. I also love that there's no overdraft fees if you accidentally overspend. I went there today, no tellers. 2 new machines that you have to use yourself. I told the lady tgat I needed to speak to someone, and she wanted me to discuss my matters standing behind a gentleman by the door, standing up, she had a laptop in some make shift table. Yes, like I’m going to talk private business with a stranger listening to me. ( the guy using the machine right in front of the table
