My experience was rather good than bad. They do listen to your concerns and take them into consideration. Yes, some employees feel rude, dismissive and incompetent here and there, but overall I am happy with this bank, and the rates are pretty good.

Shout out Zakiya, I came in upset about an issue with a deposit. Zakiya was kind, receptive and did an amazing job resolving the issue. Thank you Zakiya!!! I would like to also recommend they work on approving their wait times to see a bankers.
I’ve done business with various banks and credit unions for over 57 years, but my experience with the Police and Fire Federal Credit Union has been by far the most frustrating. I’ve had two car loans through this credit union, and every year I’m repeatedly harassed for proof of insurance—despite having valid coverage. This year alone, I submitted my insurance documents five times. Very confusing when you walk in. Stand in one line to have them ask you why you are here and they send you to another line. I called and ordered some money which is more than you would be allowed to get from an ATM. After I told the woman why I was there she asked me how much I needed. Not a good question to ask while other patrons are around nor do I feel comfortable telling you the amount in anline with people in it for my safety.
