Three automated-machines and 3 people showing you how to use them while one teller was at the counter with 15 people in line. No thank you! Every branch is like this now. “Oh we are short staffed”. Yes because you are trying to force people to use the new machines. Terrible customer service and no one cares
Called the main office, man no one picks up the phone at the Washington Township office.Had a question for the Washington Township office. He transferred me and the phone rang for about 2 minutes and he was right, Nobody ever picked up the phone and the I was disconnected. No way to contact anybody at the washington township office for a direct question...
I went in because my car payment came out of my account twice in one month. The lady claimed to have helped my by reversing the payment and setting my auto pay to once monthly. Not only did she not reverse the payment (it’s been two weeks, still nothing back on my account) but I’m still getting 2 payments taken out of my account. How incredibly unhelpful this branch has been. What do I need to do for good customer service??
