I went in because my car payment came out of my account twice in one month. The lady claimed to have helped my by reversing the payment and setting my auto pay to once monthly. Not only did she not reverse the payment (it’s been two weeks, still nothing back on my account) but I’m still getting 2 payments taken out of my account. How incredibly unhelpful this branch has been. What do I need to do for good customer service??

It's a bank just like the others
I hate dealing with those machines!!! Bring back humans! Why are you getting rid of tellers? Makes zero sense! The lines are very long now at certain times. The ATM outside doesn’t always work. You ruined a good thing! We are actively seeking another bank to close our accounts.
