We paid for their services for our 2020 taxes and we’re told by Linda (I believe is her name) that she would continue to try to get our taxes lowered and get back to us. Have not heard a single thing from her! My husband and I have tried multiple calls/voicemails, emails and random stop ins at their office and NOTHING. We don’t even know if our taxes have been filed. At this point we have to contact the IRS to report them and try to figure out where to go from here.
