great customer service
Always received my orders in good time. Had a product issue once, they stood by the product and resolved my issue in an expeditious manner.
Worst customer service ever. I went to the warehouse to purchase dinner table and we set the time to meet at 3pm with Carla Banks via Facebook Marketplace but Carla Banks ends up coming late. I waited in the store with my family for her and some folks showed us the table while waiting and it was not good quality and we left the store. Then she starts texting me with disrespectful words and discriminating sentences for my family. This is truly disgusting.
