I live out of state and was settling my parents' estate and needed someone to help me transfer some mineral rights in Kansas. Another attorney recommended Doug to me and he was excellent. Very responsive, communicated the situation well, explained nuances I asked about, and was just generally competent and pleasant. The cost was cheaper than expected and Doug didn't do any unnecessary work or overcharge. Very good experience and I am glad to have found Doug when I needed some help in the area.
I went to Fallsgraph across the street from the Sumner County Courthouse to hire Doug for a land dispute and he snapped at me. He must be dealing with a stressful case at this time. Think I'll keep on looking. Was referred by a good friend. I wasn't impressed.
