Bad and frustrating experience with him doing my 2011 tax return, with the result the IRS (when I called them) would not refund my monies due me because it was faulty information for me. It took until June 2014 to receive my Return...and through no effort on John's part. He had refused, for over more than a year, to return my office calls asking him to send in a correction.
