We are using PEX since 8 months now and our experience is not good. Poor customer service and millions of declined transactions for no reason. Trying to get support but support takes 2-3 business days to answer. Also, constent banking verification required via PLAID who doesn't work with our bank so we are required to send in bank statements every three months. We certainly would recommend AMEX Fleet One program. Much easier and not so stressful than PEX
This is the worst “gift card” I have EVER had the MISFORTUNE to receive. What a headache! Horrible! Don’t give these out to people! Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Zero freaking stars!
