We were connected with Pex through our accounting software, Aplos. The partnership has been seamless, and we have received excellent customer service. We were looking for pre-paid cards for team leaders at our church, and they had the perfect solution for us. The integration with our accounting software is a gamechanger. Customer service is poor at best. There is a 24hr call center but anything above very simple help that can also be found on their FAQ page they have to escalate any issues to another team and they rarely will return calls or emails. Our entire account was suspended for a "fraud" warning with no explanation or way to resolve it.
