Customer service is poor at best. There is a 24hr call center but anything above very simple help that can also be found on their FAQ page they have to escalate any issues to another team and they rarely will return calls or emails. Our entire account was suspended for a "fraud" warning with no explanation or way to resolve it. PEX has made managing money and users so easy! As a nonprofit with volunteers, we need to provide a way for the to get what they need, but also control the amount and manner that our funds are spent. PEX makes this process so easy! The APP allows me to fund cards on the spot and see who is spending money when. This in turn helps with budgeting. Debra Epstein is the absolute best for customer support. She responds to emails quickly, often with a phone call to make sure I understand. Highly recommend!
We recently started using PEX cards for our non-profit. We are loving it. A shout out to Debra Epstein! She has been amazing through-out our on-boarding. She was also quick in assisting us in correcting some issues that we created for ourselves. We highly recommend PEX!
