We searched for years to find a solution to replace our old receipts-chasing, manual-reconciliation debit card program. We found PEX through the marketplace and were up and running in a little over two weeks. The sync to Blackbaud also pushes the receipts so they are stored in both PEX and Blackbaud. That's very helpful. It's working great for us.

Have only had challenges working with them. After our first transfer, our account was immediately frozen and no one could provide an update on timing for getting the hold lifted. We provided all necessary documentation, but Support would neither release our funds nor help us move the review along, despite having confirmed that morning that our virtual card would be available to use same day. We are using PEX since 8 months now and our experience is not good. Poor customer service and millions of declined transactions for no reason. Trying to get support but support takes 2-3 business days to answer. Also, constent banking verification required via PLAID who doesn't work with our bank so we are required to send in bank statements every three months. We certainly would recommend AMEX Fleet One program. Much easier and not so stressful than PEX

This is the worst “gift card” I have EVER had the MISFORTUNE to receive. What a headache! Horrible! Don’t give these out to people! Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Zero freaking stars!
