I met with Sean Lake to discuss some permitting issues. He very deftly suggested a solution that I think will work well for our situation. He seems both perspicacious and professional. He has great acumen in the area of zoning, special use permits, working with local cities and counties etc. I would highly recommend. update Feb. 21, 2023: met again with Sean Lake today, this time over the phone. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend.
