The accountant Petty is a nice person very patience explaining taxes to me. I appreciate him and it feels trustworthy . I’ll be coming back for my next years taxes
Mr. Petty is professional and courteous. The office staff is the same. I love that he has implemented a portal as it makes it easy to upload documents and communicate. He prepared my business and personal taxes for 2 years. He gave great business advise however my IL state taxes were always miscalculated. I called and messaged through the portal with questions several times with no response. For 2023 taxes I decided to go back to H&R Block. I may return at some point.
