My mother was there recently and her items were stolen. How do you steal from people who can't fend for themselves.Items stolen under garments, yes underwear jewelery toiletries. Do not send loved ones there .I repeat if you still care for your family member don't send them there.My sister decided to handled the issue in houe, never heard from them since. Elderly people still deserve respect and care,stealing from residents while on the clock is diabolical. I WILL BE CONTACT BBB IMMEDIATELY.

I was treated like family. Staffing was good and my Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists were the best. They really cared about me. I would recommend them to anyone.

The biggest problem is that it is next to impossible to get someone on the phone. After four attempts today, the front desk person hung up on me when I called back for the fifth time. Even if you go there in person, you can't see anyone of authority unless you have an appointment which is difficult to get. It's very frustrating. I'd say that the actual care is adequate but almost impossible to speak with anyone.

My mother was recently admitted to Pettigrew and I have nothing but GREAT things to say! The staff is as simply AMAZING! From administrative staff to the nursing staff. My mother received excellent care and I am happy that she was able to reach her goal with their rehab department to return home. The facility was very clean and overall i would give them 10 stars if i could! :)
