Stunningly unprofessional and unaccountable. I spent 2 months following up on promised services which were contracted with a clear deadline only to have them tell me the day before the deadline that they don't have the professional skills on staff and shrug at not completing any part of it. The fact is that they never listened to what we asked, procrastinated for weeks, and only a couple days before it was due took time to start working.
