My little Belle got a hair cut at the salon and they done and amazing job! She done great for being about 9 weeks ! They had her ready bows and goes ! Love love 💕

I would just love to know how fake, cheap looking bright neon green plastic aquarium plants that don’t even remotely look real cost $25?! Something that costs .10 cents to make and then sell it for $25? 🙄 Garbage!

We LOVE Dakota at Petsmart Hilliard!! She always goes the extra mile for our schnoodle Dugan. He has a lot of grooming anxiety because of past groomers handling him horribly so we were very hesitant at first. (They even had him on the “hard to handle” list. She has always told us he’s been great with her like he is at home.) Dakota made him feel calm and safe and we truly believe he loves her 😂 and she always does a good job on the cut, she even removed three ticks she found on him. We are very thankful for her.

Pet smart in Columbus Ohio (Hilliard) groomed my golden doodle yesterday and the results where enough to make my girlfriend cry..... half his body was shaved and he has patches all over of different lengths one foot is done one and foot is half done, one foot wasn’t done at all plus his face and tail weren’t touched or half his stomach, he is a complete mess he looks like he got ran over by a combine and spit out! I’m disgusted!!!! Whoever groomed him should have stopped well before they did how would they like getting there animal back in this condition..... it is just awful smh 🤦🏻‍♂️

They cut my grand dog on the leg took her to their vet area and didn’t have the decency to call my son and his girlfriend to tell them until they went to pick her up. Then didn’t offer them a discount or anything this was very traumatic-to my poor grand dog
