Imagine being told your babies will be done within 5 hours only to show up 5 hours later ready to pick them up and THEY JUST STARTED GROOMING THEM! 😡 Now they say it’s an additional 4 hours and they are stopping and chitchatting in between! So unprofessional. Been here for over 8 hours, you guys service is terrible.
This PetSmart always has what I'm needing and every time I have shopped at this location, the associates have been very helpful and courteous.
