This is the closest to my house. They don't have much of a selection when it comes to toys for dogs (one of the reasons WHY I never go to this branch). And it looks so gloomy inside the store.

First of all, I have been taking my dogs to petsmart for grooming for the past 6 years. And today's incident will prevent me from ever going there again. I was less than 30 minutes late for my appointment today, had to wait there for more than 15 minutes before someone would even talk to me because the clerk was talking to an old lady and the rest of the staff seemed just standing there or minding their own business. I went into Pet Smart in Chino off Peyton Drive last weekend. The staff there is awesome. I wanted to get my son a fish tank for his birthday. The young lady who helped us was so patient and helpful. She was amazing she was very knowledgeable about the products and the different types of fish and answered all of my questions with a smile.
