They have the best staff. The PetsHotel staff really gets to know your fur babies and takes great care of them.
It was the cleanest and most organized pets marts' I have ever been too.
I would like to thank the entire staff at the Town Centre, Cerritos petsmart for all the loving care they gave to our little Tia. We traveled from Alberta, Canada in January, 2013 to Anaheim, Ca for a family holiday with our teeny 3 lb yorkie Tia. Because there were several places We went that didn't allow dogs, We left Tia at the petsmart hotel in certritos.
