This review is in terms of the grooming only. I took my 3 dogs to get groomed here, and overall it was an overpromise/underdeliver situation. My note to management would be to stop booking so many dogs- the staff was rushing and frazzled, creating a chaotic environment and errors. Paid for deshedding and while the website promises 90% less shedding, I would say closer to 40%.
