I have to get my dog specific probiotic kibble here . The staff are always helpful and help me carry it to the front desk as I have a pretty bad back because im getting older . I really appreciate their help . Thank you!
Don’t not book with Hapi. Even if you spend hours prepping your dog for the groomer she will not listen and shave your our dog. She takes shortcuts.
Good service, good selection
If I could leave less than one star I would! PetSmart grooming got soap in our golden retriever’s eye during a grooming appointment. This was not a small mishap! It resulted in a painful eye injury and an urgent vet visit, where we were warned that she could lose her vision if we did not act fast. The "soap" caused an immediate ulcer covering her whole eye.
