I went to one of these locations to get a collar and wasn't sure the size so asked if I could return one with out being a card member. Was told, "Yes you can no questions asked as long as you have a receipt". Well I was lied too, when I came back they asked me a few questions I didn't think it was right to answer....What's you Name, What's you phone number, What's you email address? No questions asked right my butt. I know this company would have sold my info off for a profit and now I'm stuck with a collar that doesn't fit.
