After the news about an employee giving your address and time you will be away to her friend to rob your house, I want to share incident that happened to my wife with this petsmart. My wife brought our dog for grooming and left her Versace Sunglasses on the counter. After 20 SECONDS, she came back and the glasses were gone. Beware. If you love your pet, don't bring them to PetSmart grooming center in San Carlos. The hurt my dog and never told us. She is a gentle loving little Beagle. Their head groomer broke her front nail and caused bleeding from her back end from rough treatment during a grooming procedure. When we picked her up she was shivering (but I thought she was cold).
