My experience with petsmart was a well worth it everything was well priced,and the costumers service was so welcoming and informative
My son and I went here for the first time and the associate, Wyatt was AMAZING!!! He was knowledgeable, patient and kind. His customer service shows that he values his customers and he loves what he is doing. It would have been a better world if more people like him exist.
No other shoppers. Just myself and the clerk. I had a specific request for an item my veterinarian wanted me to get. As most pet owners know, it’s often quit difficult to find specific items in these stores. I asked the clerk if she could check to see if they carried says item. I was told to “go look for it yourself”. I’ll never shop there again. I drove to the next town over and the clerk at Petco was more than happy to “walk us directly to the item”.
