some of the betta fish were in horrible condition. Some were floating sideways, they looked dead, i checked the cups and they would swim after they felt the movement. i wanted to get panda cory's and they all looked dead, none of them were moving, and if they weren't dead they were 10000% stressed. they had them on the colorful pebbles as substrate. panda cory's do NOT belong on that. they need fine sand. a lot of the tanks had dead fish in them. if u don't believe me go look for yourself. i was there on a saturday. the peop... read more
Garbage horrible Service from the the older lady Cashier With glasses Very rude and totally disregards that I’m a paying customer with questions on a dog Bed that are on clearance she not only brushes me off while I’m paying and asking questions to just immediately help the person who is not even in line yet because she is to lazy to check on them for me she just tell me there one somewhere and expects me to know where that is like go Home if your not in mood to work lady
Little animals: cats dogs gunniea pigs… hamsters even ❤️❤️ Theres a grooming area for dogs!!!! So lovely… i was going there and i saw some dogs being washed and groomed. They look so happy… i think they take good care of those dogs… Also. Theres cats for adoption. So lovely and great like they have food and whatnot. Oh also guinnea pigs!!!!! I was shopping and the older white man that works for you guys with the glasses was approached by a Hispanic man over at the crickets. The man spoke to him in Spanish and the worker rudely responded, “I don’t speak Spanish. You got the wrong country.” Was making the comment necessary? You’re in customer service, that’s not how you go about the situation. The customer ended up looking super uncomfortable by the situation and myself as well. Horrible
