A Serious Decline in Customer Service I have been a loyal customer of this store since approximately 2010, a decade and a half of patronage. I recently brought my Goldendoodle in for her monthly grooming appointment and was very disappointed with the outcome. Instead of receiving the light trim I requested, she was completely shaved. Upon inspecting her afterward, I also noticed a few small cuts on her belly. My dog was not matted prior to the appointment, so this level of grooming was unnecessary.
