No other shoppers. Just myself and the clerk. I had a specific request for an item my veterinarian wanted me to get. As most pet owners know, it’s often quit difficult to find specific items in these stores. I asked the clerk if she could check to see if they carried says item. I was told to “go look for it yourself”. I’ll never shop there again. I drove to the next town over and the clerk at Petco was more than happy to “walk us directly to the item”. Good selection of dog food and goods.
Always greeted when I enter, so great customer service. Only problem is, finding Fresh Pet food for small dogs. It goes fast.
I love all the seasonal products this store has in-stock!! So, I love (my wallet, not as much) to go here to pick up essentials and also buy cute seasonal items for my pups. Lots of parking available in a huge open lot in front of the store.
