Extremely disappointing experience. This wasn't a one-time issue they've canceled on me same-day before and repeatedly tried to push me to come in earlier, then gave attitude when I said my scheduled time worked best. At this appointment, I still accommodated them and came early. 2 hours Later, I got a call saying they had to stop the service because my 5-month-old puppy was "pooping and peeing." Wonderful staff, very helpful. The vet was very reasonable about removing some ticks and even let me help. I believe she was genuinely interested in making sure I actually knew what I was doing, especially when it came to their ears.
I came in last week to get some last minute items. I have never been to a pet smart and recently got a puppy. Your employees on the floor are great and your cashier that helped us was more than helpful my family appreciated that. I believe his name is Rudolpho ( I do apologize if I got that wrong). Also love the variety of leashes and collars
I had a great experience at this PetSmart. Bob was very knowledgeable and helped me quickly find the medication I needed for my friend’s cat. He was professional, courteous, and easy to work with. I highly recommend this location.
