Never had an issue with finding stuff but they do lack in people helping at times! The main thing is the register workers who you ask do I have points and they always say No! Yet I go on my app and it can show $5 every time it’s no! So what’s the point of rewards if we can’t use them!!!
Whatever issues people have with this Petsmart, they seem to stem primarily from the grooming department. I had an appointment scheduled and brought my dog in. I WAS LATE TO THE APPOINTMENT. Taking full accountability and responsibility for the part that I played in this situation. I was about 15-20 minutes late.
