And that's a huge HELL no! Just took our 10 month old bully there for appt at 3pm. Just got home 3 hours later. Took him in mainly because ge needs his nails cut and ground down. I used do it here at home regularly until his nails got thicker and my cutters weren't enough. So, I seen online they have the top dog package, which includes, bath, cleaning out ears, cutting hair on pads of feet, anal gland cleaning, basicly the works, minus haur cut. We got a yorkie from a puppy mill and we took him to pet smart. This was his first cut and he was a matted mess. It took about 5 hours to get the little guy done. They were very concerned with his well being. They let him take breaks to quite down. The time and Patience with him with outstanding they went above and beyond to get this little doggie in shape
I got some fish from them a few weeks ago.. they died and killed my other fish..but the manager was really nice and understanding and he replaced all of our fish..thanks for the help our family really appreciates it..
