Made appointments for our three dogs. Arrived on the day of, they only had one of our dogs on the books. While waiting for the store employee to find our other appointments, the groomer was work on a poodle and ever time the dog barely moved she hatefully would say “stop it!” Also, the groomer was listening to scary music with violent lyrics. I did not leave any our dogs!!!
