Very dissapointed that today at Petsmart in Oak Ridge Tennessee they cancelled my dogs second grooming appointment in 13 days. the first cancellation was March the 2nd. because Cierra the groomer was sick the day before my scheduled visit on the 3rd.. they rescheduled me to have my dog groomed today at 12:00 March the 15th. when i got there Cierra took my dogs medical records showing his vaccinations, she never returned them to me. i was about to hand my dog over to her but mentioned there could be a very slight possibilit... read more
