took my dog to get nails done, made it a point to tell her I wanted to get them grind not cut, soon as the took her to back it saw them cutting the nails. after being in the back about two minutes she brought her back up front and said the couldn't do it. I've had it done here before without an issue. there were different people then before so they lost the good employees and hired incompetent new people or I went at the wrong time.
Everyone is so nice and helpful!! Here is also a large selection of merchandise.
We were there on grand opening day and everything was running as smooth as possible. The associate Meghan went out of her way to get our two dogs fresh water after we were wandering around forever. Keep it up!
