Yesterday I was very frustrated with the PetSmart Stores in Apple Valley, MN and Lakeville, Mn. I had several really bad experiences in these stores one right after another. Then I went to the PetSmart in Burnsville, MN. They were very helpful and extremely kind and I finally got what I had been looking for. When I got home I was asked to write a review I did not know that the store I was attacking was the store that had treated me so well.
