Don't waste your time coming to this establishment. Much better prices online, (significantly better online) and if you buy online, you won't have to deal with a manager who doesn't care about public health and following mandated laws.
Recommendedpeople are nice who work there.but now on the negative I've waited 2 weeks for a call back on training ....hmmm

Brought my puppy here for his first ever cleaning. Callie (I think was her name) was such a sweetheart. My puppy has separation anxiety and it showed big time today. I felt so bad for Callie when she explained how she had to take more time to take care of him because he was so antsy and nervous. They gave me a discount for how long it took when really I should’ve paid more for the trouble my poor pup gave her. Thank you Callie for giving Rizzo and I such a nice visit and advice for next time! We will be back.
Sorry. The first trip in wasn't too bad, but this trip Sucked Big Time. Not for nothing but if someone comes into your store, using a cane with one hand bandaged and purchases a big bag of dog food and not one employee offers to help the customer out to his vehicle with the dog food - SHAME ON YOU. A passerby stopped their car in the street and helped him. Pet Smart you just lost business. Also, work time is not gossip time. A customer doesn't need to wait 5 minutes to check out while besties are chatting it up.
I was gladly surprised that PetSmart has opened a shop in Great Falls, MT, people are skilled and friendly, my miniature schnauzer was treated royally 🐾🐾
PetSmart has the friendliest employees I've ever seen in a pet store. I'm so thankful for the help from Val in the puppy class.
