Recommendedalthough I reccomend them, today I was seriously disappointed by the service I received, or lack of... I scheduled my dogs appointment almost two weeks in advance. dropped him off and returned after an hour only to be told they didn't get to him yet because he was "bumped"(?). a simple phone call would have been greatly appreciated. I would have rescheduled for a more convenient time. that way my dog wouldn't have to sit in a kennel for an hr.... severely disappointed!!
The biggest complaint I have is... When I got home and looked at my receipt, if I needed to return anything. I'd only get, at best half my money back. I'll be taking my business back over to Petco.
