I didn’t care for the fact that my basset hound was in the groomer just to get his nails cut and the girl calls me (I’m still in store) calls me and is like I can’t finish he’s too stressed out. Now I’ve brought him there before NEVER A PROBLEM but the girl was freaking out . I got to my dog his eyes were blood shot red! Talk about a furious dog mom. He literally came into my arms like he was so terrified. Needless to say I refuse to bring either of my dogs back to petsmart for grooming .
Not only was it some of the worst customer service I have ever had. The dog toys I bought literally have holes in them after two days!!! While her Walmart monkey is still holding strong after a month!! And the price difference was about 10 dollars more at persmart! Never again not wasting my money on products that are less value than Walmart for triple the money!
Made an appointment for my dog at The Grooming Salon online earlier in the week for this morning. I showed up and the groomer never showed up. Wish I would have known ahead of time so I didn't drive all the way out there for nothing. Why even have online bookings?
Ms. Barbara is totally awesome! We cleaned the adoption center Saturday morning and she was so helpful in my newbie status.
Horrible service. I went to adopt a cat cuz mine pass away.i mean that was the only reason for going there in the 1st place someone that loves cat's. Me..... They gave me the run around, They said that they could not open the cage for me to pet n bond with a fur baby. After about 45 minutes they finally opened it . Then fill out application, the question that were asked wz unbelievable.
