i spoke to Brandon Bordelon PetSmart Manager Lafayette 337-984-5319 he said he does not care what the refund policy is for Training classes he will NOT give me a FULL REFUND they have lost me as a customer i reported him to the pet-smart corporate office.... I will never spend another dime at any Petsmart location! I brought my 8lb Yorkie in for grooming. As I walked out of the store, I turned around and walked back to the grooming salon. I witnessed the groomer (Jessica) about 4 steps ahead of my dog as she was dragging him while on a leash to the back of the store. I watched my dog frozen (terrified) being choked by a leash and drugged to the back of the store by an employee. When she noticed that I was standing there she proceeded to pick him up. Took my dog in for a reg. bath the first time ya you get in computer give all info your good to go. Second time go in get dog all ready put in a hot car in a hot all pavement hot tar parking lot go to a scheduled apt. And guess what they ask for your paperwork wait what I brought it in two months ago isn’t in our file oh no this is the new system and we don’t have it! I brought my dog to the animal hospital there to get updated shots. After seeing how nice they were and how much I would save with the different care plans they have. I decided to get her dental work and fixed there also. The staff is very nice and friendly. They care very much about my dog like it was their own dog. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.
Theresa was the best !! Sophie took her doggie classes!! We loved her and the classes.. We all learned so much!! We be coming back for Level II soon!
