After paying for a top of the line package for both dogs , the groomer took too many shortcuts including not cleaning both of my dogs ears, along with other BASIC grooming . I posted a review on google and their manager called me and offered a free grooming for both dogs for me to come in again. I just couldn’t trust that they would be groomed properly after my first time and last.
They provide good service
The employees at this Petsmart are the nicest people! Also, don't forget to visit the kitty adoption center, Naples Cat Alliance has a bunch of beautiful kitties that need furever homes!
I’ve taken my pup for grooming twice and both times It appears they put a bow on him and sprayed him with cologne.
So glad there close to Collier Blvd. Great size store layout is good hospital is in the rear of the store which is different.
