Watch out for overlapping grooming appointments. My dog spent 4 HOURS being held hostage and ended up with a cut to her foot and a choppy haircut. Never again.
Justice for Pujo! No dog, especially a dog like a pug, should ever be placed in a choke hold for a nail trim. Pujo died from cardiac arrest because of the groomers at PetSmart placing him in a choke hold to trim his nails.
Clean environment and caring staff. This store is always clean. As with most chain stores, staff knowledge is somewhat limited. Still, the care taken when new fish and birds have arrived, and the overall care of their tanks is much better than many other stores. They have some surprisingly nice goldfish (orandas, ranchus, ryunkins, telescopes) in varying sizes, although most are 4 inches or smaller.
