Absolutely the worst grooming of my dogs ever! They didn't even do one of my dogs. The other 2 look like they where done blindfolded. 1st and last time for me. Don't waste your money
I took my pup last Sunday to get his nailed clipped. He’s 9 months old and never been groomed or anything by anyone other than me because of covid. They put him in a kennel for 45 minutes before ever starting on him!! Then called me to come get him because he was scared and stressed out. Wouldn’t take my dog for a an accompanied nail clipping because she got scared at her last visit and had a panic attack. She’s a rescue and has had them her whole life not because she’s old Her notes said “too old, can’t stand” so they couldn’t take my dog. Never going back

I went in a month ago specifically to get African Dwarf frogs. I was told they do better with fish in the tank. I spent a lot of money on both fish and frogs. I also bought the recommended plants. Within a week all fish were dead. And within a month we lost a frog. I have been checking water temperature to make sure it is perfect for the animals. I am not happy. I was warned not to purchase from here but did anyway.
They were able to help with advice when my fish went from a 10 gallon tank to a 75 gallon. They are happy, healthy, and love all the extra space because there's only 17 glofish, now they have a mansion.
My dogs got sick while being boarded they had a resporitary Illiness in kennels and had to rush my dogs to the vet they are still sick never got a call back or a refund wow
